We’ll avoid those terms and talk about why someone can benefit from my Life Coaching program, and how it works. At certain times our lives are in turmoil. Many times this is not something we have planned for, it comes to us unexpectedly. You absolutely know when you are experiencing one of these times, because almost every area of your life is in crisis, you are overwhelmingly aware that something has to change! If you look feel overwhelmed, and see that too many things are "top priorities" in your life (and yet you know you don’t have the time or the energy to make room in your life for them), and if you see that you have many goals that seem out of reach now, it may be time to consider Life Coaching as an option. A Life Coach provides you with advice, support and encouragement to accomplish more of the important things in your life. A Life Coach is like a "personal trainer" (for your spirit and your life), a mentor, business advisor, teacher, best friend, confidant, motivator. As your Life Coach, I can help you focus on dealing with whatever is going on in your life now, and moving forward towards your goals. You can attain any personal and professional goal you have! We work together to help you get to where you want to be in your life. Your program is especially tailored to meet your needs – and my goal is to help you reach your goals, as quickly as possible. We will immediately start on a basic outline that includes: Short Term/Long Term Goal Setting Success Strategies for Reaching Your Goals Time Management (essential in all areas of your life) Motivation ("Will Power" is NOT enough! My Motivational Program will keep you on track.) Improving Communication Skills (Effectively communicating with ‘yourself’ and others.) Astrological Insights and recommendations to make the best of what you have already accomplished in your life! The Life Coaching Program consists of unlimited email consultations, or two ½ hour telephone sessions per week, for a minimum 3-month time commitment. Each month is charged at $360. Before starting on your program, you will need an initial Personal Consultation ($125/hour) to determine the starting point, and set some initial goals for our process. I understand that you have a busy schedule, so we will work around your needs. I limit the number of clients I am coaching at any one time, so you can count on getting the support you need for your process.
